ONLINE REGISTRATION

The first step of Gujarat NEET UG Counselling is Online Registration. Candidates must register on the official Admission Committee for Professional Medical Educational Courses (ACPMEC) counselling portal by purchasing a PIN, paying the prescribed security deposit, and creating their account.
After registration, candidates are required to fill in their personal, academic, and NEET UG details, upload the required documents,and book an appointment at the designated Help Center for document verification. and complete the registration process within the prescribed timeline announced by the counselling authority.

2. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

Choice Filling
CHOICE FILLING

Candidates must select and arrange colleges and courses according to their preference. The order of choices is extremely important, as seat allotment is based on the candidate's merit, reservation rules, seat availability, and the order of choices filled.
The counselling authority announces a specified schedule and time window for Choice Filling & Locking. Candidates are advised to carefully review their preferences before submitting and locking their choices.
Candidates must complete and lock their online choices within the prescribed time window. No new choices or modifications will be permitted after the deadline announced by the counselling authority.

Admission Conformation
ADMISSION CONFIRMATION
English:
Candidates who are allotted a seat must pay the prescribed tuition fee within the specified schedule. After successful fee payment, candidates must visit the designated Help Center with the tuition fee payment receipt , ALLOTMENT LETTER and all original required documents to complete the admission confirmation process.
The counselling authority announces a specified schedule and time window for admission confirmation. Candidates must complete all admission formalities within the prescribed period. Failure to confirm admission within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
સીટ ફાળવવામાં આવ્યા બાદ ઉમેદવારે નિર્ધારિત સમયમર્યાદામાં ટ્યુશન ફી ભરવાની રહેશે. ટ્યુશન ફી ભર્યા બાદ ઉમેદવારે ટ્યુશન ફી ભર્યાની રસીદ (Fee Receipt) ,ALLOTMENT LETTER તથા તમામ જરૂરી મૂળ દસ્તાવેજો સાથે નિયુક્ત હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે હાજર રહી પ્રવેશની પુષ્ટિ (Admission Confirmation) પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કરવાની રહેશે.

UPGRADATION / NEXT ROUND

The counselling authority announces a specified schedule and time window for Choice Filling & Locking. Candidates are advised to carefully review their preferences before submitting and locking their choices.
Candidates must complete and lock their online choices within the prescribed time window. No new choices or modifications will be permitted after the deadline announced by the counselling authority.

ADMISSION CONFIRMATION પ્રવેશની પુષ્ટિ

Candidates who are allotted a seat must pay the prescribed tuition fee within the specified schedule. After successful fee payment, candidates must visit the designated Help Center with the tuition fee payment receipt , ALLOTMENT LETTER and all original required documents to complete the admission confirmation process.
The counselling authority announces a specified schedule and time window for admission confirmation. Candidates must complete all admission formalities within the prescribed period. Failure to confirm admission within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

The first step of Gujarat NEET UG Counselling is Online Registration. Candidates must register on the official Admission Committee for Professional Medical Educational Courses (ACPMEC) counselling portal by purchasing a PIN, paying the prescribed security deposit, and creating their account.
After registration, candidates are required to fill in their personal, academic, and NEET UG details, upload the required documents,and book an appointment at the designated Help Center for document verification. and complete the registration process within the prescribed timeline announced by the counselling authority.
